Dull straw-coloured indigenous sparkling wine. Its fruity scent particularly recalls apples and white pulp fruit. Fresh and pleasant on the palate, it is an excellent aperitif and goes well with fresh shellfish and raw fish.
Our Pinot Nero Rosato comes from a careful selection of Pinot Nero grapes through a rosé vinification; the grapes are subjected to cryomaceration (being in contact with the grapes skin at low temperature), after few hours the peels are separated from the must to get the classic pale pink color. Obtained by the Charmat method and the addition of selected yeasts, to the nose it gives off a fresh and fragrant bouquet with hints of flowers and fresh fruits. Balanced aftertaste due to the particular structure of the grapes, it goes perfectly with first courses, fish dishes and cheeses.
Millesimato Extra Dry: a fresh vintage wine, with hints of flowers, harmonic with a balanced aftertaste on the palate; a thin and lasting bubble makes it perfect as aperitif or with fish dishes.
PROSECCO DOC TREVISO MILLESIMATO EXTRA DRY:
Our Millesimato is a selection of the best grapes subjected to cryomaceration after that the base wine starts the vinification process through the long Charmat Method; the wine is added with selected yeasts and mantained at a controlled temperature.
It’s a vintage product, where the hints of flowers predominate; harmonic with a balanced aftertaste on the palate, thin and persistent bubbles due to a long stand on the yeasts.
The Extra Dry version of the Prosecco Doc Treviso Millesimato is recommended as aperitif or with dishes of fish.
