Diecigrammi Brut is made from carefully selected grapes, bringing in each sip the freshness and pleasure of a wine that celebrates the light refinement. Its name, “Diecigrammi”, encapsulates the idea of a delicacy that enchants. It has a straw-yellow colour and its fine, persistent perlage is an invitation to discovery. The delicate aromas of white flowers open to a clean palate, where balanced acidity and harmonious finish complete the experience. Perfect with fish appetizers, savoury pies and white meats, it is also a bold companion for a special breakfast.
Pinot Noir is a red grape variety from the Burgundy wine-growing area in France, but also well-adapted in north-eastern Italy.
On our soils, it expresses itself on the nose with intense cherry notes accompanied by hints of vanilla, spice and a harmonious slightly tannic palate that gives it a full and pleasantly long taste.
The wine is light ruby red in colour with a slight garnet hue. On the palate it is structured, elegant and typically acidulous.
With Blanc de Blancs Millesimato Brut, dressed in our eye-catching “GOTO” bottle, we want to give the maximum expression of a careful blend of our grapes exclusively white berry. Bright straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections, the bouquet gives a surprising freshness and fruity aroma at the same time. On the palate, the wine emphasizes even more the natural elegance and is pleasant and delicate, with nuances of flowers and white peach.
PROSECCO DOC TREVISO MILLESIMATO BRUT:
Our Millesimato is a selection of the best grapes subjected to cryomaceration after that the base wine starts the vinification process through the long Charmat Method; the wine is added with selected yeasts and mantained at a controlled temperature. It’s a vintage product, where the hints of flowers predominate; harmonic with a balanced aftertaste on the palate, thin and persistent bubbles due to a long stand on the yeasts. The Brut version of the Prosecco Doc Treviso Millesimato is recommended with dishes of fish.
PROSECCO DOC TREVISO MILLESIMATO ROSÉ BRUT:
A refined selection of Glera and Pinot Nero grapes of the same vintage, vinified using the Charmat method, creates an elegant harmony of scents of fresh fruit, apples and strawberries. Crisp and delicate, Prosecco Rosé Millesimato Brut is excellent as an aperitif and with cold cuts and fat-free dishes.

It is a product that reveals delicate notes of peach, rose and wisteria, wrapped in a delicate floral bouquet. On the palate: good basic acidity and richness of taste, typical of Prosecco grown on the hills, in which clearly emerge peach, pear and nuances of fresh fruit.
Ideal for aperitifs and with appetizers, it excels with the first and second dishes of fish and white meat.
PROSECCO DOC EXTRA DRY:
Through the Charmat method and the addition of the yeasts, we obtain the Prosecco Extra Dry, a fresh wine where fruit notes stand out. It fits well with fish and cheese. Also good as aperitif.
